ULTRAXIS has won a tender announced by the Mazovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments for monitoring the distortion of the historic St. Anna Church in Warsaw.
The research will be conducted, among others, using ultra-precise AXIS ultrasonic inclinometers. The primary tasks include continuous monitoring of the building’s safety and assistance in developing the most suitable method for securing the church structure.
The church of St. Anne is built on a steep escarpment above the river, which is also crossed by a busy tunnel. This poses a serious challenge to this historic building, which was already weakened by bombing during World War II.

To provide the expertise, ULTRAXIS will expand the existing measurement system to cover the entire length of the church’s northern wall.
